Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is a reboot of MW 2, originally released in 2009. It features realistic graphics and very good gameplay, providing many hours of fun and, perhaps, even nostalgia for those who played the first games.
This is one of the easiest Call of Duty to get all trophies/achievements. Just like its predecessor (CoD MW 2019), the trophy list consists of doing some specific things in the main campaign and online cooperative mode. Trophies are self-descriptive.
It is possible to earn all of the campaign’s trophies/achievements in a single playthrough, but I recommend that you first clear the “Recruit” difficulty to earn the easiest trophies/achievements, and then clear it once again on the “Realism” difficulty. It is at the player’s discretion.
The guide is divided into trophies related to the main campaign and online multiplayer.
Know that you should frequently use the “restart the last control point” option at different times, for example when the process for a trophy goes wrong or when making other trophies in the same place.
On Playstation 4, trophies take a few seconds to appear.

Campaign Trophies:
There are no trophies in missions 1 and 2.
Mission 3: Breathwork.
Alligator Type – Eliminate 3 enemies by shooting when underwater in ‘Breath Work’.
Can be done after killing the first enemy and getting your gun, dive and shoot.
Gaztando o Fôlego – Arrive on the boat without being seen in ‘Work of Breath’.
You must eliminate all enemies before arriving at the boat stealthily. You can use the throwing knives and the silenced pistol. If seen, restart the last checkpoint.
There are no trophies in missions 4 and 5.
Mission 6: Cartel Protection.
Unstoppable – Kill 2 enemies in Campaign or Co-op while stunned by a flash grenade.
The best method to get this trophy is in this mission. At the beginning, when passing through the door, throw a light grenade (L1) and then a semtex grenade (R1) at the same location as in the image below. If you didn’t succeed, restart the last checkpoint until you win the trophy.
There are no trophies in missions 7 and 8.
Mission 9: Deadly Reconnaissance.
Undetectable – Do not trigger the alarm in ‘Deadly Recognition’.
There are three moments where you must eliminate enemies, first with the sniper, and then move forward. To do this, just aim at an enemy and obey Captain Price’s commands, he will give the instructions masterfully.
Mission 10: Violence and Force.
Test Drive – Drive 5 types of vehicles in ‘Violence and Force’.
You need to drive 5 different types of vehicles before meeting Captain Price. There are 3 enemy vehicles and 2 different normal vehicles. When you fall on top of the first truck, jump to the nearby enemy vehicle, notice that there are some vehicles stopped on the right corner of the road, stop the vehicle that is, get out of it and take the stopped vehicle, and drive it to the next vehicle stopped on the road. shoulder. I’ll Keep This One – Get to Price using the first vehicle you get.
On easy difficulty, take the enemy’s truck. For the vehicle to take less damage, you need to shoot enemies from afar, don’t get too close to eliminate them and avoid shooting when you can.
Mission 11: El Sin Nombre.
Ghost’s Apprentice – Reach the penthouse in ‘El Sin Nombre’ without eliminating anyone or setting off the alarm.
Get to the penthouse without killing anyone. To continue the mission, you will have to distract the enemies by throwing the bottles you find and remain unnoticed.
Little Thief – Open 3 safes in the Campaign.
There are 3 safes in the campaign, the first being found in this mission. Once you’re a little further along in this mission, you’ll find yourself in a mansion. The first safe will be on the first floor of the mansion and the last two will be in mission 13: One Man Army.
Mission 12: Dark Waters.
Killing and Walking – Eliminate the enemy in the chemical bathroom.
At the beginning of the mission, go up the stairs with your companions and shoot the chemical toilet on your left.
Don’t Touch the Deck! – Advance 90 meters on the ship in ‘Dark Waters’ without stepping on the deck.
When you arrive at the ship with the boat, don’t touch the ground (keep jumping across the containers), and cross the deck by jumping under the containers. If you fall to the ground, reset the control point.
Mission 13: One Man Army.
Unarmed – Complete ‘One Man Army’ without firing a firearm.
It cannot fire firearms, but it can kill enemies in melee and use throwing knives. Try to avoid enemies, kill them only if necessary.
In this mission you will find the last two safes.
Mission 14: Prison Break.
No Time to Waste – Complete the camera sequence in 4 minutes.
This one seems a little complicated, but on the second try it should work. Watch the video below to help.
The Best Defense is Offense – Kill 3 enemies with the riot shield in Campaign or Co-op.
Throw a flash grenade, shoot enemies with a shield in the legs or arms and eliminate them. Then, take their shield and kill the other two enemies. You can reset the checkpoint each time you kill one. And then make the trophy below.
Fire, Glue and Bomb – Molotov, Semtex and Shrap kill stunned or gassed hostiles in ‘Prison Break’.
In the same location as the image, kill just one enemy with each of the weapons mentioned in the trophy. You can select each one when opening the backpack (hold the up arrow). Refuel the pumps next door and reset the control point until you earn the trophy.
There are no trophies in mission 15.
Mission 16: Team Ghost.
Practice Makes Perfect – Shoot all targets in the training area in ‘Ghost Team’.
There are 33 training targets at the end of this mission, while facing the battle tank, it is a little difficult to find them, but just shoot them. You can die or restart the checkpoint, but if you destroy the tank, the mission ends.
Mission 17: Countdown.
Peaceful Rescue – Rescue the hostages in ‘Countdown’ without the enemies firing their weapons.
At the beginning of the last mission, when you are going down the building, you need to kill all the enemies quickly before they shoot. To do this, you need to position yourself in a way that makes it faster to eliminate enemies. If they go off, just reset to the last checkpoint.
After completing this mission, you must earn the difficulty-related trophies:
Hora do Chope – Complete the Campaign on any difficulty.
There’s No Bad Time – Complete all Campaign missions on Veteran or Realism difficulty.
COOP (Online Cooperative) mode trophies:
A Ps Plus subscription is required to play online. All of these missions need to have at least 2 players to start.
Intelligence is the Key – Find 20 intelligence shards in the Co-op.
Choose the cooperative mission “Na Surdina” and collect the 20 collectibles on this map. When you collect one, the game already saves and you don’t need to collect it again. Take advantage of this trophy to get to know the map and understand how cooperative mode works and get the trophy below too.
It’s Just the Beginning – Earn at least 1 Star in Co-op.
Just finish any mission, regardless of time or death.
Night Fight – Earn 3 Stars in ‘Na Surdina’.
The “Na Surdina” mission is the easiest to earn 3 stars. To earn 3 stars you must complete the mission in less than 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you die or trigger an alarm. You can play with a friend to make it easier.
Hellish Combat – Earn 3 Stars in ‘Restricted Area’.
To earn 3 stars you must complete the mission in less than 15 minutes. Laswell will tell you to stealth kill, but ignore her and kill everyone. To win this trophy, both players must know the location of enemies and objectives. Order the objectives as you see fit.
The tip, in general, is to enter a house to stay protected and eliminate the enemies with the mortar and those with the bazooka with the sniper.
To proceed to the second objective, get into a vehicle and one of the players must climb onto the roof of the vehicle to eliminate enemy helicopters and cars with a heavy machine gun in the way.
In the penultimate objective, I recommend that a player leaves in a car to appear the last and most resistant helicopter, ask the other friend to take the bazooka and shoot down this helicopter.
In the last objective, eliminate some enemies and one of the players must equip the assault armor to plant the bomb ignoring all enemies, while the other player must throw light grenades at the Juggernaut to stun him (no need to kill him). Once this is done, stock up on ammunition and take the grenade launcher or bazooka, enter the armored car, the player with the grenade launcher must climb onto the roof of the vehicle to protect themselves, and enter the plane at the extraction point.
Mountain Kings – Earn 3 Stars in ‘Mount Zaya’.
To earn 3 stars in ‘Monte Zaya’ you must prevent enemies from setting 3 bombs, if you set the 4th bomb, you will not win the trophy.
The tip is: Buy the “Automatic Torrent” and “Reanimation”. Avoid dying and always buy the torrent, install it whenever possible and in the last round place 2 torrents on objective B, while the players are on different objectives, install at least one torrent in these locations to help you.
Discreet – Complete ‘Na Surdina’ without activating alarms.
Perhaps this is the most frustrating trophy in the game. You can do this trophy alone or with help, but it’s easier with help. To do this, the player must know exactly the location of the enemies and understand how the enemies’ AI works.
The best order to do the objectives is: A – B – C, from hardest to easiest. I recommend using the pistol or that the machine gun is in the manual, it is one shot to the head, two to the body (pistol) or three to the body (machine gun). Enemies cannot shoot you or activate the alarm, if this happens you must leave the game and enter again, there is no point in dying and trying again to win the trophy!
Select the “Reconnaissance Kit” and use the scatter mine to find out the location of enemies whenever possible. Don’t forget that they can hear the noise when we use the mine.
To play alone, the other player must leave voluntarily. If it is a random player, stand still on the plane as if you had given “AFK”, the player will probably get angry and leave the game, but doing this is unethical and immoral, it is not a legal attitude, but there is no other way to do it alone.
