01 – AN OFFER YOU CANT REFUSE

After a beautiful presentation of the city of Lost Heven, Tommy gets off a train and walks to a bar to meet a certain detective. Yes, it’s 1938, and Tommy decides to be a police informant in exchange for protection for you and your family. Tommy’s story as a taxi driver will now be told in a major flashback to the detective he encountered.
You start as a taxi driver. During one night, two gangsters, chased by a car full of mafia rivals, run to their taxi and, with the help of a Colt, force you to take them anywhere, and fast. Your mission now is to lose the tail, literally, lose your tail! So, you must run and lose the gangsters who are chasing you. The problem gets bigger because the mobsters are shooting at you, your car and the two gangsters, which can kill one of the gangsters or you (that’s it… start again) or flatten your car tire, which will be extremely difficult to control. Run as fast as you can and drive your car between the lampposts and the wall. This will eventually cause the gangsters to collide with the pole and, in addition to damaging their car, you will be able to travel a good distance. Attracting them to hit the tram (the red one that follows the tracks that you find on the city streets) is a great deal, because, despite being difficult, it does a lot of damage to your rivals’ cars. When you manage to lose your tail, Paulie will ask you to take them to Salieri’s bar, their boss. Don’t forget that by pressing the tab key you will see the city map. Drive to the location indicated by an X on the map (or follow the compass in the upper left corner). Arriving at the bar, the mission will end.

02 – THE RUNNING MAN

A little realism here – life before being a gangster… You work as a taxi driver, so take each passenger to the designated location. Don’t forget that the tab key makes the map appear. The location where you must take your passengers will be marked with an X on it. Drive cautiously, and try to obey traffic laws (oops! You’re not part of the mafia yet!) and, above all, don’t run over people or drive riskily, so as not to scare your customers and scare them away from your taxi.
After some work, Tommy will park his Taxi near Salieri’s Bar to wait for another customer and have a coffee. Once inside the Taxi, Tommy is surprised by the gangsters he lost last night. They begin to destroy the Taxi and say they bring a message from Mr. Morello, who is very nervous about him. When they try to hit him, Tommy manages to escape, and that’s when you start playing again. You need to run to Salieri’s Bar. Run in Zig-Zag and try to get in front of parts of the scenery that protect you from shots from the bastards. Never stop running. You must follow the arrows that appear in the scene, always entering the city’s alleys, and not going along the main streets. As soon as you get to the bar, you’ll be safe. Without realizing where they are, the gangsters will break into the bar and end up dead.

03 – THE MOLOTOV PARTY

Without any options, you end up joining the Family. After your first meeting with Don Salieri, you will be subjected to a test, which will involve courage, skill and especially audacity. Salieri gives him the chance to take revenge for the loss of his Taxi, destroyed by Morello’s gangsters. You will have to drive with Paulie to Morello’s Bar, and destroy the cars parked at the back of it. After being introduced to Vincenzo (who will give you a baseball bat and 2 Molotov cocktails) and Ralph (who will give you your first car in the Mafia) you must drive to the bar.
Using the map (tab key) or the compass in the top left corner of the screen, go to Morello’s bar. When you arrive, Paulie will ask you to park and find another entrance as the front gate is secured. Then enter through a back entrance, going through an alley, just after Morello’s bar. Hit the guy guarding the entrance from behind with the baseball bat using all your strength (hold down the left mouse button until the red bar fills). He will drop dead. Now hit the cars until the red damage bar is full. After all the cars have their damage at maximum, throw the Molotov cocktails at them (it’s not necessary, but it will make it cooler, as the cars will explode…), get in the car and go back to Don Salieri’s bar. If the mobsters see you, they will chase you. Then you will have to lose them with the car. If you did it right, your return will be smooth.

04 – ORDINARY ROUTINE

Na estrada, pegue sua Colt 1911 e enquanto você tiver atrás, tente acertar o pneu do carro do sujeito. Se você conseguir, pode ser que ele derrape e talvez até capote o carro, acabando a missão… Caso ele apenas rode para fora da estrada (você poderá induzir isso empurrando-o para fora da estrada…), ele descerá do carro e começará um tiroteio. Apenas malte. Caso você não conseguir acertar o pneu do carro ou jogá-lo para fora da estrada, vá pelo lado direito do carro e tente acertá-lo na cabeça. Um tiro certeiro basta para ele morrer.

05 – FAIR PLAY

Time to run! To help Don Salieri (and a lot of people) make a lot of money from a race, you will have to steal a race car from a European opponent and take it to Lucas Bertone (Ralph’s friend), and then return it. Drive to the Lost Heaven Race Circuit (it’s outside the city limits!). There everything will be arranged with Bobby (Ralph’s friend) who will give you the car. Drive to Lucas Bertone so he can damage the car. Do this carefully, as you cannot completely scratch the car (of course, there is a tolerance of a few knocks). After the service is finished, return to the circuit with the same caution, leave the car there, and return to Don Salieri’s Bar.
The next morning, Frank calls and says that Don Salieri’s driver has broken his arm and you will have to race in his place. Drive back to the circuit and Frank will be waiting for you there. The race will start. I’ve read on some sites that this phase is the hardest of all… well, to calm you down, I won it the first time. The rules are as follows: You must arrive first, and it’s our money. You came second, we lost the money and the respect that was earned with years of work. Well… losing respect is worse than losing your life, so come first, or you won’t pass the stage. The car control is very precise, and, as in most racing games, your car runs faster than everyone else. Be careful with the jokers who try to close you in, reduce your speed on the tightest curves and control the accelerator so you don’t spin around the curves (even the smallest curve can make your car spin if you’re not careful…).
The next day, after a long party where you are the star, go to Lucas Bertone’s workshop. As a reward for winning the race (he had bet on your car!), he will teach you how to steal a luxurious yellow car and tell you where to find one, in a parking lot. Drive there, and when there are no police officers looking or the parking lot guard, steal the car and go back to Salieri’s bar.

06 %u2013 SARAH

Luigi, Salieri’s bar attendant, asks you to accompany his daughter home, as a bunch of men messed with her last night. Just follow her, and when she enters an alley, you will be approached. As you are unarmed, it will have to be done by hand… Equip yourself with brass knuckles and fight until they run away. The tactic is as follows: Walk backwards and throw punches. They won’t be able to hit you because you’re going backwards, but when you punch, you’ll hit them. Be careful not to let them hurt Sarah when she runs down the alley. Try to hit the punk with the baseball bat until he kills him. Take the bat to finish off the others. Then, get to Sarah’s apartment, where she will treat your injuries and you will make love.

07 – BETTER GET USED TO IT

Don Salieri is angry with the audacity of some ill-advised people who are doing something wrong in his territory. It’s the punks who tried to rape Sarah last night. They pay him for protection, and he can’t allow that. So you and Paulie are sent to break their faces so they spend the rest of their lives in a wheelchair and the kids laugh when they see their deformed faces. Go to the central square of China Town and talk to Big Beef, who will tell you where to find the punks.
Go to the old station, park the car in front, break down the gate and the fight will begin: Don Salieri sent a message, and it must be given. Hit the punks with the baseball bat, but by no means use your gun. Don’t pick up the iron bar, as it’s worse… Use the same tactic as in the previous phase: keep walking backwards and hitting them with the baseball bat… They won’t hit you, but you will hit them. Remember to protect Paulie, because if he dies, the mission is over… After the first one shoots you, then start using the gun! Kill them before they use up too much ammo and take their weapons and ammo.
In the end, the gang leaders will escape by car. Chase them and this mission can end in 2 ways:
– You chase them into an alley, where the Punks’ car breaks down and Paulie coldly murders one of the leaders and the other is presumed dead.
– A beautiful chase scene begins (automatic, like a movie), where Tommy chases the Punks until their car crashes into a wall. Billy gets out of the broken-down car, and Paulie finishes the job with his Colt 1911. The other punk is presumed dead.

08 – THE WHORE

His mission will not be easy for Tommy. They discovered a new informant for Morello, who was revealing many things and caused great losses for Don Salieri. This informant is a woman who works in a Motel as a prostitute. Furthermore, the owner of this motel is not paying the Mafia bribes, so you have 3 missions in this phase: Kill the motel owner, the informant and blow up the former’s office.
Remember the good times driving a Falconer! Arrive at the Motel and enter normally. Climb the stairs to the third floor. In one of the doors you will find Michelle, Morello’s informant. But Tommy, out of mercy, lets her survive. Return to the first floor and speak to the receptionist. He will tell you where to find the owner (in the restaurant). Go there (he’s the man in the white suit and hat). Notice that his bodyguard is sitting at the table opposite. Stay in a place where the bodyguard can’t hit you and kill the man in white. All Motel security will try to kill you (also be careful with some sailors…). Finish them all.
Enter where the receptionist was and get a key at the bottom. Go up the stairs, being careful with the security guards that remain until the top floor. There, go into the owner’s room (be careful as there is a sniper inside, just waiting for you to open the door! If you didn’t manage to kill the owner in the restaurant, he will also be here, but unarmed…), take all the money and put the bomb under the table. Run before the bomb explodes!
Tommy will jump out the window and land on top of a building. Run up the fire escapes and jump from top to top. Sometimes you’ll have to be careful not to fall… There will be several police officers. Be especially careful with a rifle. Kill him from afar. Also be careful with those hiding in the chimneys, and always stay behind something, so they don’t hit you. Reach a scaffolding and Tommy, riskily, will reach the top of a church.

09 – THE PRIEST

From the top of the church, go down the stairs (before recovering your energy with a first aid box on the wall). Have your S&W Magnum 27 in hand, and open the door. It won’t be long before you realize that you are at the wake of the man you killed the day before, after the chase. And you were recognized. Many hide, but others will exchange shots with you! Hide and at the first opportunity, shoot! Kill the first one (who runs towards you) with the Magnum. The rest, use the Colt 1911. Be especially careful with the guy with the 1928 Thompson above the church door, in the background.
When you kill everyone, 4 more gangsters will enter. Finish them off too! Talk to the priest, leave the church and escape the police in the hearse. You leave the church with the wanted status, that is, any police officer who sees you will chase you… Try hiding your car in an alley, until you are no longer chased, and return to Salieri’s bar.

10 – A TRIP TO THE COUNTRY

It’s a rainy night, and you’ve been sent only as an escort to pick up a delivery of Canadian Whiskey that’s supposed to be delivered to a farm. But when you arrive, the truck is not there as agreed. Paulie then tells you to go find out what happened.
Run along the dirt road. Everything will appear empty. When you see a truck, go there and try to talk to the driver. Have a good weapon on hand, because, in addition to the driver being dead, you will be attacked by snipers and the police themselves (yes, now the police are against you, thanks to Billy’s death). Kill the ones that are shooting at you and run to find Paulie, who will also be in trouble, but they will easily solve it. If you want (and it is highly recommended), before finding Paulie, kill EVERYONE, as Paulie dies very easily in this mission. Don’t forget to enter a 2-story barn (where you can find an energy recovery kit…), climb the stairs and kill the sniper up there. If you don’t kill him, he is very likely to kill Paulie later.
Upon meeting Paulie, he will accompany him to find Sam, who is in trouble inside a locked warehouse. Go to the shed and Paulie will open it with an iron bar (while he opens the gate, stay armed and cover it). Keep your ShotGun ready and take out the gangsters inside. At the top, you will find Sam, very injured. Paulie goes down to get the truck, but police reinforcements arrive. From up there, hit the cops with the Colt 1911, if there are any left, go down there and finish them off before they kill Paulie. Escape with the truck
Now Paulie drives and you are in the back with Sam. When a car approaches, shoot with the Thompson, trying to hit the driver. If the car overtakes the truck, you lose (Paulie dies). Hitting the car also works, it’s more difficult, but if you succeed the car explodes. Finish off 3 cars and you will have completed the mission.

11 %u2013 OMERTA

There’s a new traitor in the family, and this time it’s Frank, Salieri’s accountant and friend. Friend or not, he betrayed the mafia and must be killed. He stole Salieri’s account books, which, if handed over to the police, would provide enough evidence to put Don in jail. You must also retrieve these books.
Go ask the two informants about Frank’s whereabouts. You will get the name of a third party, who will need to be beaten (or even shot in the leg) to tell you what he knows. Go to where he said Frank was, and chase the car he had just entered. It’s not the easiest chase in the game, as the police will also be against you (if anyone sees you speeding) and the car doesn’t appear on the radar, but it won’t be impossible to chase it (it will go all the way to the airport, in the north). . Just to comment, the first time I played there were 3 police cars chasing me and my car rolled over. I got out of the car and continued running to the airport (I was already on the road…). When the scenery changed (loaded the airport scenery) I went back to the game with car and everything! haha ha!
At the airport, go to the waiting room and finish off the snipers there. Frank will run away with the rest. Grab a Thompson and shoot every sniper (mafia or police) that appears in front of you… Spare the civilians.. At the bottom, you’ll find Frank, protected by snipers. Kill the snipers and spare Frank (you need the books…). You will find out that Frank only did this because the police were with his family, and it was the only way to save them. Frank says he will only hand over the books if Tommy saves his family. After trapping Frank on the post, go to a building with 2 snipers at the door, kill them both and go inside. There you will find Frank’s family.
Go back to where Frank is and take him to his family. After the animation, look for their tickets found at the airport reception (the first place where there was a shooting), being careful with the new police officers who arrived… Go back there and they will leave, shortly after Frank reveals that the books are in a bank vault and give you the keys to get them. Shoot the new cops, rob one or take your car and return to the city. Stop by the bank, where Tommy will get the books without any problems.
Go to Lucas Bertone, who will ask you to find a man and teach him a lesson. Find the man (just follow the map) and hit him until he runs away. Return to Lucas’s workshop and he will teach you how and where to steal a car. Do the job and return to Salieri’s bar, where they will believe you killed Frank.

12 – VISITING RICH PEOPLE

A prosecutor is after Salieri, and you must steal some documents that contain evidence against Don. A lockpicker will accompany you on this mission. Drive to where he is, and he will get in the car with you. Go to the prosecutor’s mansion and ask the safecracker (Salvatore) to break down the door for you to break in.
Inside the prosecutor’s properties, you will come across a huge garden. Hide behind the first statue and wait for one of the security guards to pass by. From the back, hit him with a baseball bat. You can get a key from the security guard’s body. Now, run (from where you are, in the direction as if you were looking at the mansion, go left) to a door not protected by security. If you have the key, open the door, otherwise Salvatore will open it for you.
There are two ways to pass this phase: One is as I described at the beginning (and which I recommend) where you enter and leave without being noticed by everyone and without causing a commotion), and the other is to attract attention and kill everyone… Killing everyone , you don’t need technique, just skill with weapons, so I’ll continue with the first mode.
Climb the stairs through this door, to the top floor. You will emerge into a hallway. The first door takes you to the main room (where there is a staircase in the center), go straight to the other side, (if you want to enter the first door, you will enter the prosecutor’s room, and his wife, with her eyes covered, he will ask: you did a good job, dear. You can kill her, but it’s not cool, because when he arrives, he will call security… besides being inhumane…) where you will emerge into another hallway. Be careful, because inside the mansion there is a maid, who if she sees you, will shout: Thief and the security guards will invade the house until they find you… Always keep the lights off to avoid attracting attention and making it difficult to be seen by the security guards or the maid. In this corridor, you will find the room with the safe containing the documents. Ask Salvatore to open the safe.
The prosecutor will arrive… But as you sneaked in, he won’t even realize you’re in the house… If he finds a dead body, a security guard will get out of the car to kill you and he’ll run away in his limousine… Wait for him to enter his room, turn off the light in the main room (which he turned on) and go outside, being careful with the security guard there. Wait for him to turn his back and kill him with the bat. Ask Salvatore to open the prosecutor’s Limousine and escape with it. Leave Salvatore at his house and return to Salieri’s bar. You also get the Limousine, one of the most beautiful cars in the game!

13 – A GREAT DEAL

There is a good chance of getting a good Whiskey after the episode on the farm. Paulie met a negotiator and you, Paulie, Sam and 2 other gangsters (yes, now the family is cautious!) will meet him to close a deal. You will be taken to a parking lot where the meeting was scheduled.
Go up the stairs to the top floor and find William. Paulie will start negotiating and you will be surprised by three cars full of gangsters that appear there. The shooting starts. There are several tactics that can be used: Shoot the gangsters (of course, always with the Thompson 1928 in hand!) directly, until you kill them all. Or hit the explosive items in the scene: Cars and fuel barrels. The hardest part of the mission is keeping Paulie and Sam alive, so be careful! After killing all the gangsters, go down the track (don’t take the stairs to avoid being surprised), and kill every gangster that appears.
After going down a level from where the shooting started, you will find some grenades hidden behind a white car. Get them all before continuing down. When you arrive at the place where the passage is blocked by 2 cars, do not approach the cars. From afar, throw a grenade, with force, to go over the cars. With luck you will kill some gangster and some things will explode. Throw the second grenade at the cars to clear the way and finish off the rest of the gangsters.
Go back to the top, get the truck with the drinks and get out! Leaving the parking lot, you will be chased by 2 cars. Be careful not to damage the Whiskey and run as far as you can! You must reach Don Salieri’s Warehouse. If you prefer, as soon as you leave the parking lot, turn left and shoot the gangsters before they chase you, or, if you’re smarter, before they notice your presence, throw the remaining grenade at the car in the very back… It may be hard work, as in addition to the gangsters, the police will attack you, but you will be free from having to escape with a little truck that barely runs at all!

14 – BON APPETIT!

Drive to Pepe’s restaurant to take Salieri out for dinner. While you are eating peacefully, there is an ambush by Morello’s henchmen, who try to assassinate Don Salieri. 3 cars stop and the gangsters shoot everyone in the restaurant, but Tommy is quick and manages to protect Salieri and himself with the table. After the gangsters throw a grenade, exit through the back of the restaurant and catch the scoundrels from behind. You will pass through an alley, where one of them is waiting for you with a 1928 Thompson right at the exit. Kill him and get the Thompson. Turn right and go find the others, who are exchanging shots with Salieri. Don’t go there, stay hidden behind the corner, and at the right time, shoot! When you kill them all, there will be one left in the window of a small building. Shoot him from below (risky, as he can also hit you) or go through a door, go up the stairs and finish him up there.
Salieri discovers that their informant had been his security guard, and decides to finish him off. Drive to the traitor’s house (near Salieri’s bar) and break down the door. He, wearing only underwear, will flee through the fire escapes. Follow him, being careful with your weapon and your friends. Kill them all.

15 – HAPPY BIRTHDAY

To intimidate the politicians bought by Morello, Salieri decided to erase the most active of them in public. One of the best missions. You will have to assassinate such a politician during a speech during his birthday party, on a ship. But since you wouldn’t be able to bring weapons onto the ship, Vincenzo had already hidden one inside for you, in the men’s bathroom. Drive to the port where the ship is docked. The guards won’t let you in as you don’t have an invitation. Go to a building behind you and, in one of the rooms, get a sailor outfit. That’s it, you’ll be allowed on the boat!
When the boat starts moving, you will see a cutscene that shows the ship’s lifeguard locking the bathroom door. Look for this door (it is on the second floor of the ship, at the bottom), and find that it is actually locked. Go to the lifeguard (a mean looking man who is on the first floor along with some sailors) and ask for the key. The first time he won’t give it… So insist. He will give you the key in exchange for you cleaning the bathroom. In one of the bathrooms on this same floor of the ship, grab a bucket and take it with you to the locked bathroom. Open the door, wash it and get the gun. Go downstairs again and return the key to the lifeguard.
Now wait for the politician to begin his speech. Worth listening to! He will say that he is a super honest man, that he achieved all his financial growth with honor and that his life goal is to kill the gangster who murdered his son: YOU! It looks like the opposite will happen! At any time, draw the revolver and kill him. Escape to the first floor, at the bottom, where Paulie will be waiting for you in a boat. Get in the boat and escape.

16 – YOU LUCKY BASTARD!

You will now have to finish off Sergio Morello jr, who runs the port of Lost Heaven. You will have to take Paulie to a bar where he usually stays, and, using the pay phone in front of the bar, make a call to Morello Jr. When the unfortunate man answers the phone, Paulie unloads his Thompson on him… Drive the car there, park in front of the pay phone and make the call. Unfortunately, Morello isn’t the one who answers, and you end up murdering the wrong person. Run away to Salieri’s Bar!
Second attempt: Vincenzo gets him a bomb to put in Morello Jr’s car. He always goes to a house and his car is parked in front. Drive to such a house, park a little behind the place. Keep an eye out as there will be a security guard in front of the house. Try something and the mission is over… Wait for him to enter the house, and run to the car and plant the bomb. Okay, just wait. Unfortunately, the person who enters the car is a damsel, who simply turns to dust in the explosion.
Third attempt: Take Paulie (with a fast car) to a place where Morello Jr. is meeting with some partners. He will get out of the car with a Thompson and try to coldly kill Morello. But Thompson gets stuck and all you have to do is run away! Lose your ass and go back to Salieri’s bar.
Fourth attempt: Well… here you already begin to understand the reason for the name of the mission! For security reasons, Salieri sends two other gangsters to do the job, and you will just watch. They will try to ambush Morello Jr. with a train. The attempt fails and he escapes. Chase him to the port, where he will order his men to stop you. Finish them off! Try getting into a truck, and once inside, it will be easier to navigate the port without getting shot at. I once killed all the mobsters that were there, but it’s not necessary. If you do this, be aware that near the train, right at the entrance to the port, a little in the background, you will find grenades and nearby, a first aid box. There are also first aid boxes at the entrance to a warehouse and at the bottom, near the other port exit, in a small house. Killing the Snipers is the hardest job.
If you don’t want to kill everyone (this takes time!), take a truck and drive to the bottom, where there is the other exit from the port. Finish off the two men there. Note that just below there will be two train cars that apparently have fuel. Maneuver the truck so that it protects you from sniper shots when you get off it, and go to the first rail intersection and change its direction (to do this, pull the lever). Get in the truck and go to the first car. Use the same scheme as the truck to protect yourself. Notice that there is a piece of wood on the train wheel preventing the carriage from moving. Kick it and the wagon will start moving. If you did everything right with the rail, the wagon will collide with the door of the warehouse where Morello Jr is located. If you made a mistake, you will have a second chance with the second wagon.
Get close to the wagon and Tommy will find a way for it to explode, breaking down the door to Morello Jr’s hideout. Enter the warehouse and take out his security guards. In the background, he will be with a Thompson. Finally, finish your work! In a small room at the back, there is a first aid kit! It is very likely that you will not be in a position to dismiss it. Get in the truck (preferably get a new one, if it’s already pretty beat up) and escape the port.
On the way, change cars. Get one that’s not convertible, that’s fast and has four doors. Go to Lucas Bertone. He will ask you a favor: to find an injured man and take him to a doctor. Drive up to him in China Town, and talk to the man who is standing with someone else who was shot (don’t try to get the one nearby, shot and killed, like I did!). Take him to the doctor (be careful, because if you crash the car too much he will die and you will lose Lucas’s reward) and then return to Lucas’s workshop. He will teach you where and how to steal a beautiful car (Bruno Speedster!). Do this and return to Salieri’s bar.

17 – CREME DE LA CREME

The time has come to eliminate Morello. Drive to the theater, where you were supposed to assassinate Morello when he got out of there. But when you arrive, you realize that the show had already ended and he was already leaving… It was already finished, and no one was in the mood to stop now!
Chase Morello’s Limo. Don’t try to kill him… Because besides being in vain, if you succeed you will miss the best scenes in the game (the phrase will simply appear: Go back to Don Salieri’s Bar)! When you arrive on the road, two episodes may happen:
1 – Morello enters the airport. If you go after it, the car will break down. Get out of the car and go after him! Kill the goons, and soon Paulie and Sam will arrive with the car (yes, they fixed it!). Get in as a passenger and arm yourself with the Thompson! When approaching the plane,. shoot the turbines until they catch fire! Okay, Morello won’t get very far!
2 – Morello follows the road. Just chase Morello! He will take care of finishing the job himself (with a little help from you, of course…)
Go back to the city, leave Paulie and Sam at Salieri’s Bar and go visit Lucas Bertone. He will ask you to disappear with a car that happens to be in the workshop. Take the car (you will be wanted by the police while inside this…) and take it to the city lighthouse (not traffic lighthouse! Orientar Navio Lighthouse!). Be very careful with the police, who will chase you as soon as they see you! At the lighthouse, leave the car right on the edge of the abyss, go back to the road and steal the first car that passes by… Go back there and push the car down the hill!
Return to Lucas’s workshop and he will show you where to steal a Celeste Marquee 500. Go to the location, but stealing the car will be a little more complicated, as the owner will see it and shoot you. To avoid this, stop your car right at the door of the restaurant in front of the car you are going to steal… This will prevent it from leaving… But a police officer will start chasing you… Finish unlocking the car door and start it. The police officer will pull you out of the car. Run a little and get back to the car, with the engine running, it will be easy to escape! Return to Salieri’s bar.

18 – ELECTION CAMPAIGN

Now, the city without Morello was calm. All that violence was over. But a politician bothered Don Salieri. He was dominating a large part of the city, and had begun to advance the Don’s domains. Solution: kill him. In this phase you will use a Sniper (a weapon with a telescopic sight), with which you will kill him without anyone noticing, at the top of the tower of an old prison. Get the gun from Vincenzo and a car from Ralph. Drive to the old abandoned prison. Once there, the gates will be locked. Then go to an area on the left side of the prison and you will find a man and a manhole.
You will have three options: 1 – Kill the man and throw the body in the sewer. 2 – Enter the manhole without going into it. 3 – Kill the guy and leave the body there. Inside, walk to the next staircase and climb up. You’ll be where you want to be! Enter through the left gate, and walk intuitively to the stairs. You will be hearing voices, so come up armed. The first guy you encounter doesn’t see you, take the opportunity to kill him before that happens! From there, just follow your natural intuition! (If you’ve already arrived here, you already know how to navigate the corridors and defeat anyone who tries to stop you!) Just a tip: Never go down, always go up!
When you reach the top (it’s not easy…), you’ll open a door and see the island where your target is. Arm yourself with the Mosin Nagant, press E to enter Sniper mode, and try to hit his head. If you manage to kill him, go back and go down the stairs to the bottom (don’t go back the same way you came… keep going down!). Outside, you will find some dogs. Finish them off. Just shoot the lock and you’re free! Before leaving, get rid of all your weapons… Leave it inside.
But 3 things could happen, depending on your action at the beginning:
1 – If you didn’t kill the man: He will have called the police, who will chase you and you will have to run away!
2 – If you killed and left the body there: You will come out and find a hearse and some police officers. They will search you, claiming there has been a murder (that’s what you did!). If you don’t have any weapons, great! Go away. Otherwise you will be arrested.
3 – You killed the man and hid the body. Nothing will happen, take your car and leave!
Go to Lucas Bertone’s workshop again. Lucas will ask you to pick up a friend of his and take him to the workshop. Do it quickly and he will reward you with a nice luxury car. To get it, drive to Oakhill, where you’ll see the car. Talk to the two men who are looking at him, and when they leave, steal the car and go back to Salieri’s bar!

19 – JUST FOR RELAXATION

In this mission, Salieri wants you to steal cigarettes. Yes, cigarettes! To do this, you will have to enter the port, stealing a truck and the driver’s documents.
Drive the car to the location where you will find Sam and Paulie at the end of the mission. Get out of the car and wait for them to talk. Go with Paulie to the port, and stand outside waiting for the truck to leave. Follow the truck, and, when you want, get in front of it, forcing it to stop. Shoot the truck a few times and the driver will get out scared and try to escape. Hit him with the bat until he drops the documents, or shoot him in the leg if he’s running away. If you want to use a really cool tactic, follow him to a warehouse. He will enter, but you won’t be allowed (don’t even try)… So, as soon as he enters, keep walking and straight ahead, make the turn. Stop the car right next to a support for a metal rail, blocking the entire path. As soon as the truck leaves the warehouse, it will go there. When he sees the car stopped, the driver will stop the truck. Then the tactic is the same: shoot the truck and hit it until it releases the documents. One of the warehouse security guards will appear shooting at you… just run away or finish him off with the Colt 1911. Paulie will meet up with Sam. Don’t forget to get your documents!
If you used the first tactic, you will have to unload the truck yourself. Remove all boxes from the truck. If it passed through the warehouse, it will already be unloaded, saving you the trouble. Drive to the port and you will enter without any problems. Advance your truck to a warehouse where there is a man standing in front guarding it. You will see that your objective is there: the cigarette boxes.
There are three ways to do this part:
1 – Kill a lot of people! Go behind this warehouse and you will notice there is a security guard with a thompson. Hit him with the bat in the back, killing him. Take the Thompson and shoot the security guard at the door. This will attract the attention of other snipers, who will need to be eliminated. After everyone is dead, place all the cigarette boxes in the truck.
2 – Don’t get blood on your hands! Talk to the security guard. He will ask you to place some boxes inside a storage room. The boxes are in a hallway straight ahead. Ask the two talking men for help and finish the job. After the security guard sees that the job is done, go back there and talk to him. Tommy will say that someone needs him on the train… while he’s there, take the opportunity to fill the truck!
3 – The most difficult! The first time you talk to the security guard and he asks you to put the boxes away, he will leave VERY quickly, but if you are EXTREMELY quick, you will have time to load the truck and escape!
Leave the port and you will encounter gangsters, who will chase you. Escape to the place where Paulie and Sam are waiting for you, enter the alley and Sam and Paulie will help you do the work. Then get in the truck and go to Don Salieri’s warehouse.

20 – MOONLIGHTING

More realism here! You agree with Paulie to rob a bank. From Paulie’s apartment, just follow him to the bank. When he has explained everything to you, take the train and go to Yellow Pets to arm yourself. Once there, knock on the door, go in and get whatever you need (you can get all the weapons!). Don’t pass up the Thompson 1928! Go now to Lucas Bertone. He will ask you to deliver a package to a certain Dick. Go there, and you will be surprised by snipers. Finish them off and return to Lucas Bertone. He will tell you where to steal a good car. To steal this car, follow it and wait for it to park. Wait for the driver to get a little further away and steal the car. You can also close in on the driver, and pull him out of the car, but he will fire back with bullets! Or even, from inside your car, murder the driver and take him out of the dead car.
Go to Paulie’s apartment and honk your horn. Take Paulie to the bank. As soon as he announces the robbery, confront the two guards who will appear. Enter the bank counter and take a key that is hanging there. Enter the door on the side where you got the key, go up the stairs and find the manager’s office. Get the safe keys from the closet and go downstairs to the safe. Be careful, there will be two more guards down there. Get into the safe, fill the bag with money (grab a bit that Tommy dropped!) and escape with Paulie. Run to the hideout, being careful with the police! Ready!

21 – THE DEATH OF ART

You arrive at Paulie’s apartment and he is dead. The phone rings, and it’s Sam. Don Salieri had found out about the bank and wanted to punish Tommy, as he had already punished Paulie… But Sam is willing to help you. You should find it in the art museum. He left the building unarmed, going unnoticed by the police, who had just arrived. When you leave, steal the police car and go to Lucas Bertone. He will ask you to find out the whereabouts of a guy, and you will do this by chasing a girl. Go to the motel where Michelle worked and wait for a girl to come out. Follow her (cautiously, as she can’t tell) until she enters a door, and return to Lucas’s workshop. He will tell you where to steal a good car, at a car sale and exchange. Go there to China Town, and pick the lock with your gun. Open the gate, get in the car before the dogs bite you and run them all over. Steal the car and go to Yellow pets. Get all the weapons you can (except the sawed off, the Mosin Nagant and the Springfield, as you won’t be able to hide them with the Thompson…)
Go to the art museum, you’ll find out that Sam killed Paulie, and planned it to kill you too! It’s time for you to pay for betraying Don Salieri! Kill the two that would kill you and finish off everyone that appears! Go up the stairs and go, room by room, killing everyone you find and taking their weapons… When you finally find Sam, Tommy will still try to convince him to come to his side (you’ll know how he still trusts this scoundrel!) . At least he doesn’t trick Tommy and start a shootout. It’s quite difficult to hit Sam, as he always appears far from you and has very good aim! With your Thompson, surprise Sam and shoot him, not giving him time to shoot you. When he escapes, with his reloaded 1928 Thompson, walk to the hallway he crawled into and left blood marks. He will suddenly come out from behind the wall and shoot. Be quick to hit him first! Ready! Enjoy the end of the game!
