CITY – INITIAL PHASE

Just move forward detonating what appears and you will soon find a sub-boss:

SUB-BOSS: Steamroller
Attacks: Quake Jump; Saw Blade.

BOSS: Bass
He doesn’t have any attacks other than shooting, this battle is just a test, so don’t worry about winning it, it will soon be over.

Bass says he was trying to stop Wily and now understands Megaman’s fame, he leaves, leaving Megaman intrigued.


CHEMICAL LABORATORY

Continue forward, activating the bombs to open a path, when you fall into the first hole, detonate the two bombs on the right to reach an Energy Tank, continue forward until you reach an aquatic part, be very careful with the spikes on the ceiling, if you touch them it is instant death, you will soon reach a sub-boss:

SUB-BOSS: Lobster Robot
Attacks: Triple Shot; Bubble Splash; Lobster Charge.
Strategy: Jump when he fires the triple shot and shoot him without stopping, stay in the corner to escape the bubbles, when he’s almost dying he’ll come at you, go under him with your sweep.

After defeating him, you will be taken up, dodge the bombs and move forward, in the part of the platforms that disappear and appear, wait for the right time to jump over them, in the next aquatic part, when you see the letter R, wait for the water rise to reach it, continue forward until you find the boss:

BOSS: Burst Man
Attacks: Danger Warp; Bubble Shot; Rising Bubble.
Strategy: When he launches the bubbles with bombs inside, jump on them and then shoot him, if they hit you, shoot quickly to escape or you will die in the spikes, the other attacks are not so worrying, when you defeat him, you will get the Danger weapon Warp.


FLOATING PLATFORM

Go forward until you find a white robot floating, shoot it and it will start to rain, remember this location, continue forward always being careful not to fall, pay special attention to the part of the invisible platform, when you reach a part with a ladder on the high, use Rush Coil to reach it, you will find Proto Man who will give you some information, go back and continue forward to reach the boss:

BOSS: Cloud Man
Attacks: Thunder Bolt;
Storm.
Strategy: When he uses the thunder attack, jump when the lightning strikes and hit Cloud Man with the Danger Warp weapon, follow this scheme and you shouldn’t have any problems, when you defeat him you will gain the Thunder Bolt weapon.


SCRAP DEPOSIT

Go forward until you see a place with lava, remember here, we will come back later, continue forward and when you go up some stairs, use the Thunder Bolt weapon on the device below to activate the elevator, go up it, but be careful not to be crushed, after passing a life recharger you will see two stairs, use the Rush Coil to reach the one on the left and get to where the Rush Jet is, now climb the stairs on the right and continue forward, be careful on the floating platforms , scrap may fall on you when you are in them, soon you will reach the boss:

BOSS: Junk Man
Attacks: Junk Shield; Junk Toss; Feint Stomp.
Strategy: Very easy, as long as you have the Thunder Bolt weapon, hit him once and he will jump, go under him and shoot again, repeat this scheme until you finish him, when you defeat him you will win the Junk weapon Shield.


ICE CAVE

Go forward until you reach a place with two stairs, one going up and the other going down, use the Rush Coil to reach the top one, go up and jump on the platforms to reach the letter H, but be quick or they will break, go back and follow the down the stairs, fall into the next hole and go to some suspended platforms, jump across them, or use the Rush Jet to get to where the Rush Search is, go forward and finish off the polar bear to get the Energy Tank behind it, Climb the ladder and continue forward to reach the level boss:

BOSS: Freeze Man
Attacks: Freeze Cracker; Ground Freeze; Dagger Rain.
Strategy: There’s not much to say here, his attacks are very difficult to dodge, so hit him with Junk Shield mercilessly until you finish him off, upon defeating him you’ll get the Freeze Cracker weapon.

ROBOTICS MUSEUM

Attacks: Jump

Strategy: Stay in the corner to escape the triple shot and shoot him in the mouth whenever you can, the attack is almost impossible to escape if used at close range, so pay attention to your life.

After defeating him, go forward, you will see some trees with bee hives along the way, we will come back here later, for now, go to where the boss of the level is:

BOSS: Slash Man

Attacks: Slash Claw; Blob Bomb; Air Claw Attack.

Strategy: As soon as it starts, hit it with the Freeze Cracker, dodge the falling bombs and when it comes down hit it again, repeat this scheme and you will have an easy victory, defeating it will earn the Slash Claw weapon.


AMUSEMENT PARK

Go forward being careful with the spikes, when you reach the second suspended platform, climb it and use Rush Search right in the middle to find a giant screw, go to the next area and use S. Adapt to reach the top, go up the springs until you reach where there is an Energy Tank, take it and go back, continue forward to reach the boss.

BOSS: Spring Man

Attacks: Wild Coil; Long Knuckle; Coil Slam.

Strategy: As soon as he starts he will jump, when he falls, hit him with the Slash Claw, use the sweep to escape his long arm and hit him again, repeat this scheme to get another easy victory, when you defeat him you get the Wild Coil weapon.


TOMB

At the beginning of this phase there is no mystery, keep going until you find a sub-boss:

SUB-BOSS: Pumpkin Robot

Attacks: Green Bullet; Air Green Attack; Triple Jump

Strategy: Wait for him to jump twice and on the third, sneak under him and shoot when he opens up, the Slash Claw weapon helps a little, his attacks are difficult to dodge, so use an Energy Tank if necessary.

Continue forward until you reach a dark part, use the Thunder Bolt to light up a little and go to an elevator, use the Junk Shield to eliminate the zombie robots, continue forward and you will find an injured Bass, Megaman says that Dr. Light can fix it and tells him to go to him, Bass thanks him and if he goes, continue forward to face the level boss.

BOSS: Shade Man

Attacks: Noise Crush; Vampire Claw; Petrify Wave.

Strategy: Stay still and as soon as he is on top of you, use your sweep to escape his attack, when he slowly descends, hit him with the Wild Coil, repeat this scheme until you detonate him, when you defeat him you win the Noise Crush weapon.


TIRE FACTORY

Run away from the vehicle and shoot whenever you can, when you detonate it go up the stairs and move forward, being careful with the tires on the roof, go up the stairs at the end and you will see a blue square with an X on the floor, use Rush Search there to find another giant screw, keep going up until you reach the pillars of fire, pass at the right time so as not to get hurt too much, now fall and be quick to escape the fire rays, if they hit you, it’s instant death, there’s a Energy Tank on the way, but I don’t advise taking it, you’re the one who knows, when you get to the truck, continue forward to the truck, use the S. Adapt’s charged shot to finish him off quickly, now move forward to the stage boss.

BOSS: Turbo Man

Attacks: Scorch Wheel; Turbo Rush; Turbo Attractor.

Strategy: As soon as it starts, hit him with Noise Crush, wait for the right moment and jump when he comes up and then hit him again, repeat this scheme to finish him off, but be careful, he’s very fast, so it’s good If you have at least one Energy Tank available, defeating it will earn you the Scorch Wheel weapon.

WILLY’S FORTRESS – PART 1

SUB-BOSS: Bass

Attacks: Bass Buster

Strategy: He is very fast and it is almost impossible to escape his shots, use S. Adapt to face him, send charged shots whenever you can and try to dodge as many of his attacks as possible, when you defeat him, he runs away, but says he will return.

Continue forward to find the level boss:

BOSS: Guts Man

Attacks: Rock Throw; Guts Claw.

Strategy: The best option here is S. Adapt, when he throws the rock at you, double jump to escape and hit him with a charged shot, unfortunately the claw attack is almost impossible to escape and takes a lot of energy, so have at least two Energy Tanks in stock.


WILLY’S FORTRESS – PART 2

The first part of this phase has no mystery, move forward to find Bass again, but this time he is accompanied by his robot dog Treble, the two team up and attack.

SUB-BOSS: Bass

Attacks: Bass Buster; Treble Punch; Jet Attack.

Strategy: Things are getting more and more difficult, his attacks are very fast and difficult to escape, again the S. Adapt is the best choice to finish him off, hit him with charged shots whenever you get the chance and have at least two Energy Tanks for an emergency.

Bass doesn’t understand why he can’t defeat Megaman and runs away, continue forward and you’ll reach a very boring part with pillars of fire, pay attention to the time the fire appears and jump at the right time, soon you’ll reach the boss of the level:

BOSS: Turtle Robot

Attacks: Flame Breath; Turtle Charge; Mini Turtle Attack

Strategy: Use the Mega Buster to face him, the other weapons are not efficient, skip the fire shots and hit him with a charged shot, when he comes up, go under him with the sweep, when he sends the small turtles attack, use Slash Claw to destroy them quickly, if you’re lucky, you can still recover some life, repeat this scheme until you finish it.


WILLY’S FORTRESS – PART 3

Go forward until a part with moving platforms that explode after a few seconds, after this part the path will split, follow the path above, after passing through the platforms that disappear and appear you will arrive at a place with an Energy Tank, a Weapon Tank and a Super Tank that fills your life and all weapons, continue forward to face the stage boss.

BOSS: Gargoyle Robot

Attacks: Missile; SwingLaser; Death Bomb.

Strategy: Use the Slash Claw against him, you must hit his eyes, when he fires the missiles, use them as a platform to attack him, to escape the laser, stay as far away as possible and jumping, the bombs are very easy to hit. To divert, have at least two Energy Tanks here, as you will almost certainly need them.


WILLY’S FORTRESS – FINAL PART

Fall into the hole to reach a portal (there’s a Weapon Tank on the way) that takes you to a place with eight more portals, each portal is one of the eight stage bosses that you’ve already defeated, just use the same schemes and you shouldn’t have problems, after finishing them, you will end up in a different location, just fall into the hole to find Willy:

BOSS: Dr. Willy

Attacks: Smash Jump; Mini Robots.

Strategy: When he starts jumping, sneak under him, when he releases the little robots, he will be slow, hit him with Thunder Bolt and try not to get hit too much by the little robots, if you have four Energy Tanks, spend at most two , because when you defeat him, don’t even think that it ends here.

FINAL BOSS: Dr. Willy (2nd form) Attacks: Stalker Shots Thunder Balls Strategy: Really difficult, no weapon is really efficient against him, the only ones that hit him are Wild Coil and Freeze Cracker and even then they do little damage, but they are better than the Rock Buster because it doesn’t need to be charged, well, it will disappear and appear and whenever it appears it launches its attacks, the four shots are made up of three different types, the yellow one is the one that causes the least damage, the blue one freezes you making it the right target for your next attack and the red one is the worst of all as it takes away almost half of your life, avoid it as much as possible, almost always after this attack it launches the electric ball attack in the sequence, but if you succeed it won’t being frozen or burned, just jump over them to dodge, well, the most advisable weapon here is the Freeze Cracker, hit him when he appears and try to dodge his attacks, don’t hesitate to use an Energy Tank if If your health is 5 bars or less, good luck!
