Take the tank model and use it on the mansion model in the painting room on floor 1F to get a key. Return to the testing room and you will find Wesker, after detonating a monster, activate the computer button to descend a cryogenic tube. Enter the double doors and activate the elevator. Cross over the boxes and you will be in the main room at the back of the mansion. Exit through the main door to reach the courtyard and then use the elevator to reach the airport. Inside, use the small elevator to go up and then enter the door, cross the bridge and enter the next door. Activate the panel and do the sequence.
