Reanimal features four categories of collectible items scattered throughout the game’s chapters. Posters are sheets of red paper affixed to walls, posts, and surfaces in the environments; to collect them, simply approach and tear them off. Masks are accessories that characters can wear, found in chests or secret locations. Statues are animal-shaped sculptures with a candle beside them; to register your collection, you need to light the candle. Coffins are crates that move on their own, and opening them releases a trapped spirit. Collecting all the coffins in a single playthrough unlocks the game’s secret ending, and there are also specific achievements for finding all the items in each category.

POSTERS

Dead in the Water

Poster 1 is located in the outdoor railway area. After exiting the pipe that provides access to this area, cross the tracks and enter the covered structure with chairs in front of you. The poster is fixed to the wall above the chairs.

Poster 2 is in the courtyard with the minecart on the track. Go to the right side of the courtyard and enter through the illuminated door. Inside the bathroom, the poster is in the corner near the trash can.

Poster 3 appears after the cinematic scene with the ice cream truck on the edge of the cliff. Walk to the right towards a trailer and collect the poster attached to it.

The Cleaning House

Poster number 4 is located inside the cinema, to the right of the main entrance. It’s hanging on the wall in that area.

Poster number 5 is on the right side of the park area, outside the meeting room. Go past the slide and find the poster attached to the metal mesh fence.

After the Flood

Poster 6 is located after navigating through the abandoned supermarket and reaching the area with the hotel blocked by mines. Navigate to the right, turn right again through a tunnel, then turn left and dock the boat at the ramp. Walk to the left and find the poster on the wall.

Poster number 7 is in the shed with the tractor, which is on the path between the barn and the lighthouse. Enter through the opening in the side wall of the shed and find the poster behind the tractor.

Poster #8 is on a lamppost to the right of the bus stop. Collect it before sitting on the bench to trigger the cinematic scene.

No Shelter

Poster number 9 is located on a power pole on the left side of the outside grounds, before entering the main building.

Poster number 10 is inside the clock tower. Look for the bookshelf on the right side of the first room, go under it, and find the poster in the front right corner of the secret room behind it.

Poster 11 is located in the room after the hallway with the light switches. Walk around the bunk beds and the poster will be hanging on the back wall.

Down in a Hole

Poster 12 appears after escaping Mother’s pursuit. In the sunlit room, use the crowbar to open a wardrobe on the right side and enter the hidden space behind it. The poster is inside.

Poster 13 is located on a balcony accessible through a door on the left side of the blocked staircase. Exit through the door and collect the poster outside.

Nobody Left Behind

Poster 14 is obtained by entering the secret code on the control room panel before typing the correct combination for the missile supply. The code, seen in a room in the Dead in the Water chapter, is: middle, down, down, middle. After entering this sequence, a printer on the left side automatically prints the poster.

Poster 15 is inside the ship, right after you enter and land on the containers. Look to your left and you’ll see the poster near a buoy.

The Spoils

Poster 16 is located at the beginning of the chapter. As soon as you exit the ruined building onto the street, turn left before going down the ramp towards the trenches. The poster is on the wall of one of the buildings there.

Poster 17 is inside the bunker. After going down the hatch ladder, walk towards the camera and find the poster on the left-hand wall.

The Watcher

Poster number 18 is in the room just past the piano. Go upstairs and turn immediately left through the open door. The poster is on the wall of that room.

Poster 19 is in a hidden room behind the chest located below the landing of the stairs. Go around to the right side of the chest, where there is an opening in the wall, and find the poster inside the hidden space.

Poster number 20 is located inside the elevator in the room with the large number 5 on the wall. Use the crowbar to force open the elevator doors and collect the poster from the inside wall.

MASKS

Dead in the Water

Mask 1 is located after climbing the first wall as a team and ascending the ladder to the upper walkway. Turn left, follow the walkway to the left, go through a door to an outdoor area, and crawl through the gap in the wall. The mask is in a chest on the other side.

Mask 2 is in the locker room after going through the rotating pipe. Open the locker immediately before the toppled locker and also the one after the locked locker. This reveals a hidden room where the mask is kept.

Mask 3 is located in the courtyard with the minecart. Enter through the second door on the right side of the courtyard, the one closest to the camera. Cross the walkway and enter a storage room. The mask is in a box on the floor.

The Cleaning House

Mask number 4 is in the mannequin shop. Go behind the counter and through the gap in the wall. On the other side there is an altar with a pig’s head, and the mask is on the floor beneath it.

Mask #5 appears when a small creature with a traffic cone on its head runs past you on your right as you walk up the street. Follow it to a door boarded up, open it with the crowbar, enter, and hit the creature with your weapon to collect the mask.

After the Flood

Mask 6 is located at the top of the cliff above the beach near the lighthouse. Climb up to the orange field at the top, turn left after the ladder and find a scarecrow. Hit its head with your weapon to knock down the little creature hidden inside, then hit it to get the mask.

No Shelter

Mask 7 is inside the secret room behind the bookshelf in the clock tower. Enter the hidden space and the little creature will run to the main room. Follow it and hit it with the crowbar to collect the mask.

Mask #8 is obtained during the confrontation with the spider creatures in the banquet hall. Keep an eye out for the creature wearing a crown and chase it to the window where it hides behind a curtain. Defeat it and take the crown.

Mask 9 is located in the long hallway with gaps in the floor, just after escaping the spider-creature ambush in the bunk room. Before jumping over any gaps, turn towards the camera and find a narrow opening in the wall you can crawl through. The mask is on the other side.

Nobody Left Behind

Mask 10 is on the beach, after kicking the generator box down and completing the cannon refueling process. Go down to the beach and walk to the left, past the buoy with the red light. Find the broken box and the little creature carrying the mask. Hit it to collect it.

Mask 11 is located in a secret area before reaching the ship. Navigate to the right and pass between the rocks until you find an isolated space. Use harpoons to destroy the mines in your path, dock the boat, and collect the mask, which is in a box near the containers.

Masks 12 and 13 are the diving helmets the characters wear to descend to the ocean floor. When returning the eye to the whale, the characters automatically remove their suits, and the helmets remain on the ground. Pick up both to register both masks.

The Spoils

Mask 14 is at the beginning of the chapter. When you exit the ruined building onto the street, go to the right and lift a roll-up door. Crouch to enter and find the mask near the crashed plane.

Mask 15 is located in the trenches, after passing three soldiers. Look to the right of the path and find a narrow opening in the wall. Go through it and pick up the mask that is on the ground in front of the missile racks.

Mask 16 is in a secret compartment in the trenches, after you pass the soldier throwing grenades. Climb to the upper left corner and squeeze through a hole in the wall. Inside are all the statues you lit up throughout the game. If you lit up the previous four during this same playthrough, a mask will be available on the ground in front of the statues.

Mask 17 is located in the room with the cabinet containing the cutting pliers. After knocking it to the floor, look at the counter to the left of the cabinet and crawl underneath it. The mask is on the floor of the X-ray room on the other side.

The Watcher

Mask #18 is in the room with the bound figures. After opening the door with the key, find an oven on the right side and force it open with the crowbar. A little creature will run back into the room. Chase it and hit it with your weapon to collect the mask.

Note: Even after collecting all 18 masks, the mask menu will still show two empty slots. These two additional items are exclusive to those who purchased the Deluxe version of the game.

STATUES

Dead in the Water

Statue 1 is hidden in the dead-end alley next to the wagon tracks. Look for a crack in the stone wall and squeeze through it. On the other side is a group of statues. Approach the central one and light the candle.

After the Flood

Statue 2 is located right at the entrance to the barn. Upon entering through the side door, turn immediately right towards the front doors of the barn. The statue is there. Light the candle to register the event.

No Shelter

Statue 3 is in the corridor where the first encounter with the spider creatures takes place. Continue past the ventilation grate to the back wall and squeeze through the opening to enter a secret room. The statue is inside. Light the candle.

Nobody Left Behind

Statue 4 is located in a cave accessible by boat, before entering the tunnel at the end of the path with red lights. Navigate to the right after passing the ship and find the entrance to a cave among the rocks. Dock the boat on the sand, cross a wooden bridge and light the candle of the statue at the back.

The Spoils

Statue 5 is in the same hidden space as mask 16. After passing the soldier with grenades in the trenches, climb to the upper left corner and squeeze through the hole in the wall. The fifth statue is there, already lit in the center. It can only be seen intact if you have lit the previous four during the same game.

COFFINS

Dead in the Water

Coffin 1 is located after installing the two wheels on the wagon and crossing the railway bridge to the other side of the cliff. Upon exiting the wagon, walk to the right and you will find an abandoned train with open doors. Enter it and you will reach a hidden area on the edge of the cliff where the coffin awaits.

After the Flood

Coffin 2 is located in the hotel area blocked by mines. After collecting the harpoons and navigating back to that region, turn right before the hotel and proceed towards the passage with two mines on the left side. Destroy the mines with harpoons, navigate through the canal until you reach dry land, exit the boat and squeeze through the grates in the wall. Go down the entire staircase to the coffin at the bottom.

Coffin 3 is in a cave in the rocks surrounding Cannon Island. Navigate around Cannon Island and turn left until you find the cave entrance. Eliminate the enemy in your path with a harpoon, enter the cave with the boat, pull it to the shore, and open the coffin.

No Shelter

Coffin 4 is located in the banquet hall, after defeating all the spider creatures that were lowering your friend using the rope system. Before going to the wheel to pull your friend back up, go to the front left corner of the room and enter through the door there. The coffin is inside that space.

The Spoils

Coffin 5 is in the hospital corridor with explosive soldiers on the beds. After turning the corner to escape the explosions, wait for everything to calm down and return towards the last bed. Behind it there is a hole in the wall. Go through it, turn a wheel with your partner to open a hatch in the floor and go all the way down the stairs. The coffin is at the bottom.
